ARRABIATA SAUCE PASTA

FOR RED SAUCE:

  • ARRABIATA SAUCE

  • 3 TSP OLIVE OIL

  • GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED

  • CHILI FLAKES



  • MIXED HERBS

  • SALT TO TASTE

  • PEPPER, CRUSHED

  • CHEESE, GRATED

  • EXOTIC VEGGIES 


FOR BOILING PASTA:

  • PENNE PASTA / ANY PASTA OF YOUR CHOICE

  • 5 CUPS WATER OR AS REQUIRED TO BOIL

  • SALT TO TASTE

INSTRUCTIONS


  • IN A LARGE VESSEL COOK PENNE PASTA WITH SOME SALT.

  • COOK THE PASTA FOR 10-12 MINUTES OR TILL THEY ARE SOFT BUT HOLD A SLIGHT BITE.

  • FINALLY, DRAIN THE PASTA AND KEEP ASIDE. RUN IT UNDER COLD WATER TO HOLD THE FIRM BITE.

  • IN A LARGE PAN HEAT OLIVE OIL ADD GARLIC CHOPS AND SAUTEE THE EXOTIC VEGGIES TILL THEY ARE PAR COOKED

  • FURTHER ADD ARRABIATA PASTA SAUCE AND SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES.



  • ALSO ADD CHILI FLAKES, MIXED HERBS, PEPPER, SALT AND MIX WELL.

  • COVER AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES.

  • AND ADD IN BOILED PASTA.

  • MIX GENTLY, MAKING SURE THE SAUCE HAS COATED WELL.

  • FINALLY, SERVE RED SAUCE PASTA HOT TOPPED WITH GRATED CHEESE.


Note:

  • THE VEGETABLES ARE WASHED AND SANITIZED AS PER SAFETY STANDARDS, HOWEVER WE WOULD ADVISE YOU TO RINSE THE VEGETABLES ONCE AGAIN BEFORE COOKING.

  • THE SPICES AND INGREDIENTS ARE PROVIDED TO A STANDARD MEASURE, YOU MAY USE THEM BASIS YOUR TASTE PREFERENCE.
